2026 SI Southern Region Conference
The SI Southern Region weekend Conference will take place April 30–May 3, 2026, at Embassy Suites, Lake Buena Vista, FL. The program includes; Thursday “Friendship Dinner”, Friday Boxed Lunch, Club president presentations and workshops on Friday afternoon, on Saturday educational sessions with quick fire topics designed to educate you about Soroptimist, encourage you to be a more effective member and help you to achieve your own goals with a “1970’s Homecoming Dance” (any era dress is perfect) in the evening to install our new officers, and Sunday morning recognition for outstanding members and clubs with a service to honor members that passed in the last year. Each club receives one free registration, preferably for a new member; early bird registration is $175. Guest rooms are $155 plus tax and a $10 resort fee.
This weekend event is a must do for all members of SI Southern Region. I cannot express enough how excited you will be with Soroptimist after attending. I heard wonderful comments after District Meetings last fall and this event combines all of the Region members and encompasses an entire weekend it will be even better.

We had a wonderful, informational time at the 2025 District meetings. As always, the part of the meetings that attendees rave about the most are the breakout sessions where ideas are shared between members. I can’t give you links to them, you had to be there to benefit. I can however offer the power points, both to give attendees a chance to review individual slides and for others to have a 1st look.
